Sweetwater Utility Board
The Sweetwater Utility Board project involved the new construction of two distinct yet complementary buildings, designed to serve both administrative and operational needs. The main administrative building features a standing seam metal roof, a brick and stone exterior, and a welcoming design that reflects the utility board’s commitment to professionalism and community service. Inside, special attention was given to branding and functionality, including a custom floor logo in the lobby and a dedicated meeting room to support staff collaboration.
Adjacent to the main facility is a pre-engineered metal building that houses the warehouse and shop areas. This structure was built to accommodate equipment, storage, and maintenance needs, while also incorporating office space for field staff. Together, the two buildings create a cohesive and efficient complex that enhances the daily operations of the utility board. This project showcases our ability to deliver durable, high-quality facilities tailored to the unique needs of municipal clients.
